June 30, 2009 Web Project Manager / Web Account Manager Hile Design is looking to expand its web team with a full-time web project manager with at least two years of experience. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Creating bid proposals and RFP responses
- Maintaining client relations by managing expectations, delivering status reports, follow up, etc.
- Delegating tasks to appropriate web team members
- Reporting to senior staff
- Keeping a keen eye on project budgets, staff schedules, and scope creep
- Creating and maintaining timelines and milestones
- Bringing unique experiences to the job and continuing to develop an internal system that will maximize productivity
Other things you should know:
- Hile is a Mac-based shop
- We are only looking for someone to work on-site, eye-to-eye
- Must have a thorough understanding of web design and programming
- Excellent time management and communication skills, both written and oral
