What is this?
JOIN US TUESDAY, APRIL 13TH AT 12 PM for a live event encouraging intentional wellness for individuals working from home.
Ann Arbor, Michigan, was recently named the fourth-best city in the US to work from home. But how many people working from home have an ergonomic set-up or are continuing to eat healthily and engage in regular fitness routines?
Work-from-home wellness needs to be intentional, and this live lunch-and-learn event will teach you the things you can be doing to improve your work-from-home experience.
The live event will take place at our Ann Arbor physical therapy location (3921 Jackson Rd) with lunch from Uptown Coney Island provided for those attending.
In-person attendance will be capped at 25 individuals and will follow all appropriate social distancing practices, including masks when not eating. Those unable to attend in-person can watch the live broadcast online (via Zoom) or view the recorded presentation at their convenience.
