This Quarter we are extremely excited to have the Encore Musical Theatre Company as our presenter. Don't miss it! The WWBA meets quarterly with members for lunch (included in your membership) to provide networking opportunities, communicate association business, and provide speaker presentations based on availability. Guests & non-members welcome for $15.00 (waived if you join at the meeting). The Encore Musical Theatre will be our presenter at the quarterly luncheon on Wednesday. The Encore opens their new show "A Thousand Faces (the Lon Chaney Musical) and they will be sharing a sneak peek with WWBA. We are in for quite a treat, here is what to expect... Broadway veteran Dan Cooney is the co-founder and Producing Artistic Director of The Encore, Cooney will give a brief history of the theatre and a glimpse of things to come. Also speaking will be Sam Scalamoni, the director of "A Thousand Faces" who also came up with the concept of turning the story into a musical and Ron Chaney, Lon Chaney's great-grandson. Chaney wrote the book, along with his grandfather, Lon Chaney Jr., on which the musical is based. Finally, we will hear from Broadway performer, Danny Gardner, who is playing Lon Chaney. A true song and dance man, Danny starred on Broadway in Dames at Sea. Danny will perform the song "Look Ahead", from the show. West Washtenaw Business Association P.O.
